Vera Sciarra is a dual-licensed real estate agent and seasoned investor who brings a unique, "full-circle" perspective to every transaction. Licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she is a key member of the Prime Realty Partners team, where she combines her deep market knowledge with a background in complex financial underwriting. Vera began her real estate journey in 2018 as a loan processor and risk management specialist for a private capital group. As the owner and operator of HBM Lending Services, Vera is a recognized expert in asset-based (hard money) lending. She is a passionate advocate for investor education, frequently serving as a speaker and panelist for the South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association (SJREIA).
